Port of Cascade Locks at the Disc Golf Course

This is an OBRA Sanctioned Event. OBRA membership required for all riders. OBRA single race memberships are available onsite for $5.00. Season OBRA memberships are available online. All participants are expected to follow all OBRA rules, the OBRA Code of Conduct, and the Cyclocross Crusade Code of Conduct.
Registration
Online Registration:
Saturday Race (Sunday Race)
Please note: online registration for Cascade Locks weekend (for both race days) will close Friday at 2pm, so that our amazing registration crew has enough time to process the race entries.
Day of registration:
Available onsite at the venue. Look for the Cyclocross Crusade tent.
Although credit cards are accepted, cash payment is preferred to help us keep our costs down.
If you change categories, please check-in at registration. We will confirm you have the correct race number, correct category and signed up for the correct race.
Venue Notes
- Tacos! Mister Tacos will be back to feed the hungry! Carlos has lots of snacks and drinks, too!
- No on-site drinking water, please plan accordingly!
- Pre-ride the course on Friday from 3:00 – 5:00 PM. There will be NO FIRST AID provided during the Friday pre-ride. Participate at your own risk.
- Team tent setup will be on Friday from 3:00 – 5:00 PM or day of race. Please weigh down and/or stake your tents. All tents must be 3 feet away from the course.
- Overnight camping Friday & Saturday at Cascade Locks race venue is limited: Email hello@crosscrusade.com to reserve a spot. Cost is $15 per night and must be prepaid via our Square link: https://square.link/u/edmevASS. Please remember to print your receipt. Place your printed receipt on your vehicle dashboard upon arrival.
- NO FIRES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED, this includes open flame propane.
- Propane permits are now required for anyone using propane. please go to this link to find out more.( This is a Port Requirement not City)
- Please NO Smoking of any kind
- All dogs must be on a leash
Parking
Team Captain parking: The person setting up the Team Tent is the Team Captain. Please email us your name, cell phone number and team name by Thursday 5pm hello@crosscrusade.com to be on the Team Captain parking list. We will give you instructions on where to park. Our goal is to get Team Captain parking as close to the team tent zone as possible to make it easier for you! Team Captains may only have one vehicle in the Team Captain parking area.
Racers and spectator parking: Please park in the gravel parking lot. Parking is also available back at the EasyCLIMB trailhead.
Please follow the instructions from our parking staff.
NO PARKING ON THE MILL’S PROPERTY Please obey the posted no parking signs. Otherwise…you will be towed!
Also, do not park on the railroad tracks…they are active!

By motorized vehicle:
From I-84 East or West. Take Cascade Locks exit onto Wa Na Pa St. Turn onto Forest Lane.
Travel east and turn left across train track onto Industrial Park Way (do not park on the train tracks, duh!)
Follow instructions given by our parking staff.
