Registration
Online Registration: Single Race – Series
Online registration closes Saturday at 1:00 pm
Day of Registration will be available onsite, however if you do not already have a race number or need a new one, please plan for extra time for this process due to chip timing set-up.
Save yourself $ by registering early!
All racers: Please check-in on Sunday at registration. We will have a self check-in book so that if you registered online or have a season pass, you can confirm you have the correct race number, correct category and signed up for the correct race. If you filled out a waiver or registered online, you don’t need to fill out a paper waiver for the rest of the series.
Venue Notes
- With the race track active on Saturday, unfortunately we are unable to allow team tents to set up. Please allow some extra time on Sunday morning to do this.
Additionally, there will be no course preview on Saturday. - TEAM CAPTAIN PARKING
The person setting up the Team Tent is the Team Captain. Team Captain parking: take a left when you reach the track (follow the sign). One team vehicle is allowed. Please email us your name, cell phone number and team name by Friday 5pm hello@crosscrusade.com to be on the Team Captain parking list. Our goal is to get Team Captain parking as close to the team tent zone as possible to make it easier for you! - RACER & SPECTATOR PARKING
When you enter the main gate of PIR, follow the road. The road curves to the right and you will take it all the way through the tree lined road to the racetrack crossing. Take a right when you reach the track (follow the sign). Only park on gravel or asphalt —
no parking or driving on grass please! - Riding your bike on the actual car race track or motocross track is strictly off limits and will result in disqualification from your race and you leaving the venue
- WATER: There is no drinking water accessible on this side of the race track. Please bring your own water.
- Dogs are OK and must be on a leash at all times.
- All children must be under supervision of an adult at all times.
Please stay out of the tall grass and water/sloughs onsite. We are required to maintain an area for wildlife to be safe. Please respect wildlife areas - Food vendor (provided by PIR) will be onsite serving up food and drinks (It is a violation of Portland City Law to bring alcohol in to the PIR venue. Alcohol may ONLY be purchased from the licensed PIR contracted food and service vendor).
- Please NO Smoking of any kind.

The Portland International Raceway is located just south of the Columbia River, ten minutes from Portland International Airport and downtown.

DO NOT DRIVE OR PARK ON ANY GRASS. You will be parking on the gravel along the fence to the east of the racetrack crossing
BY CAR:
Take Exit 306B on Interstate 5. The track is just west of the freeway.
BY MAX:
Ride the Yellow Line towards the Expo Center. Get off at Delta Park / Vanport MAX Station which is ONE STOP PRIOR to the Expo Center.
